This is Bond Falls in the western part of Michigan's Upper Penninsula about 4 miles east of the town of Paulding. This beautiful falls is over 60 feet high and has a great walking path along it.
Here's Kay sitting along the Presque Isle River near Yondota Falls.
This is about 3-4 miles north of Marenisco, MI.
The reflected maples here look like liquid orange sliding over the rocks. This was taken just above Bond Falls.
This is another shot of the Presque Isle River north of Marenisco, MI.
This a view of the Carp River where it empties out of Lake of the Clouds in the Porcupine Mountain Wilderness State Park. There is a beautiful lookout in this area where you can see Lake Superior, Lake of the Clouds and the ridges of the Porcupine Mountains.
